Thank you for your purchase. We want you to love your Simple Body Products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be no less than half full, unless otherwise approved by a Simple Body team member.

We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or apply a return processing fee if we identify excessive or abusive return behavior. Customers will be notified if a refund request is refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or a reaction has occurred.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you experience a reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and notify one of our team members.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless store credit is requested or otherwise approved.
