To help you keep track of freshness, each product contains a unique expiration date code, usually located on the packaging. While the shelf life may vary depending on the formulation, most of our products should be used within one year from the date of purchase. To maintain the product’s effectiveness, store them in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. By using our products within the recommended timeframe, you ensure that you’re getting the best results from the freshest, most potent ingredients available.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing your order (during regular business hours), we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is placed. We do make every attempt to box and ship orders the same day they are received.
We ship all over the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We also ship overseas, but you must call the store to place your order and get a quote for shipping.
We make every attempt to ship your order the same day it is received with the exception of Sundays. We use UPS to ship and standard delivery time within the United States is 5-7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number upon order confirmation. This will be sent to the provided email address. Please use this number to track your order. If you lose that number, please refer back to your order confirmation email to track your order.
There are over 2,500 ingredients that have been banned in Europe and Japan that American cosmetic companies use to manufacture their products. We use NONE of these.
