SHIPPING

We ship from our retail store where all of our products are created. Products are made in small batches for freshness and quality. We make our products daily, so they are always as fresh as possible when they arrive at your doorstep.

SHIPPING PROCESS

We do our best to ship your order the same day it is received with the exception of Sundays. We use UPS for our shipping company. Most orders arrive within 5-7 days of receipt. A confirmation will be sent to the email you provided when ordering with a tracking number included. Please use this tracking number to locate your order. Unfortunately, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a street address.

MILITARY APO/AEO

We value our military personal and appreciate the sacrifices you make. We DO ship to APO/AEO addresses. If you are having difficulties placing your order, please contact us either by email at info@simplebodyproducts.com or by phone 719-375-0747. We will ensure your package arrives.

LOST PACKAGES

Please contact our team if your package is lost. Call 719-375-0747 with your tracking number and we will do our best to help locate your box.

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to love your Simple Body Products. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date. We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find abuse. We do not disclose our reasons and methods for determining abuse. We will advise the consumer that the refund request is being refused. All returned items must be no less than half full unless approved by a Simple Body Team member.

After receiving your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
