How to Use
Add a few drops to your diffuser and diffuse 1-2 times per day. Keep essential oils out of reach of children and pets. When diffusing, don’t exceed 30- to 60-minute intervals. Only diffuse in well-ventilated areas. When in doubt, dilute the oil. Never use photosensitizing oils before UV exposure. Always wash your hands after using essential oils.
