How to Use
Add a few drops to your diffuser and diffuse 1-2 times per day.
Keep essential oils out of reach of children and pets
When diffusing, don’t exceed 30- to 60-minute intervals
Only diffuse in well-ventilated areas
When in doubt, dilute the oil
Never use photosensitizing oils before UV exposure
Always wash your hands after using essential oils
